Process Planning
Process Planning involves  Defining the Process (usually cut and pasted from templates),  applying  the Sequence,  applying Constraints (if any) and providing the Material Requirement.   
Next step is to  determine the Capacity Requirement,  Load Leveling  and  synchronization with the  Distribution System / Inventory buffers.  Load leveling and Distribution synchronization involves application of  Kanban Techniques  in conjunction with various other factors such as 'Lot Sizes' and  availability of materials.  
You may import the material requirement from your BOM module (if exists) or from material templates or  fill-it-in manually as shown below.
