Optiflow-Le's Just-in-Time-Sequencing
provides tightly coordinated operational sequences by
default. Raw materials, parts, components and
completed assembly are pulled into
production on a 'sequenced
just-in-time' basis. Sequencing is tightly
coupled with Kanban-Loops & Process-Definitions in
such a way that, you could not only
'receive-to-sequence' and 'assemble-to-sequence', could
easily 'ship-to' sequence
with very little or no effort.

To accommodate 'ship-to'
sequences, schedules are reverse engineered to
seamlessly integrate with delivery dates and kanban loop
quantity of the pace-maker process. Pull-sequences can
be customized by manipulating kanban quantities. Supermarket Pull Sequences are provided as seen below.
