To determine the required capacity, all you need to
do is to schedule
the order for open capacity. Additional resources,
if required, are temporarily added and the Load
Profiles are projected. Next step is to
adjust critical load profiles to fit into the existing
capacity.

Planning Board
displays the daily capacity requirement and the load
profile for each
equipment. Using our docking tool,
you can visually
re-arrange loads, orders, jobs and processes to fit
within the bounds of installed capacities
and at-the-same-time, make sure that maximum
overall capacity utilization is achieved.

As you
re-arrange, changed capacity requirement is displayed
on-the-fly.

| In
the above example, Job Id. 'Part Two' has been scheduled
for open capacity and the rest scheduled for finite
capacity. Capacity
requirement profile for 'Part Two' is as follows. |
