Optiflow-Le has a simple and straight-forward method of defining processes. It is defined as a series of operational steps.  Routing, sequencing and constraints are applied to these operational steps.  A process could have  '1 to n'  operations. Processes  could be  time-based,  event-based  or  both  time & event based.
It is more like listing your operations in a particular order.  No codes  and   no restrictionsOptiflow-Le is  code-free. Any one with domain knowledge and basic computer skills can familiarize with ease. Learning curve is flat,  more-or-less.
If your processes can be defined as a series of operational steps  (as most processes can be),  we can easily apply  lean  principles to your  manufacturing,  supply chain distribution processes and Services
Examples
Cable Manufacturing  Modeling processes where a copper cylinder is turned into insulated cable and where quantities  vary from operation to operation.  Screen cast
Gear Manufacturing Modeling processes where operations are event based, skill based and time consuming. Screen cast
Textile Processing Modeling processes where a large number of small orders are batched together and seamlessly docked. The batch passes through a series of process steps and each step just takes a fraction of a second per unit.  Screen cast
Methodologies supported include  make-to-ordermake-to-stock, flow-manufacturing and services such as Distribution  &  Maintenance.  Supports  mixed-model planningpull & push scheduling  and a wide range of  kanban techniques.  It is an open-ended system which can be extended to other business processes as well.
Optiflow-Le is built on well known principles of  LeanSix Sigma  &  Capability Maturity Model (CMM),  extended with  advanced performance measurement tools and an  efficient   Workforce Management solution  integrated into a single application.
